Dazhi Daodejing Commentary
A prose commentary on all eighty-one chapters of the Daodejing, based on the Mawangdui silk manuscript. Not metaphysics, not classical exegesis — each chapter is read from the silk text's exact wording, and what Laozi was actually saying, structurally, is put in terms legible today.
The series opens with an introduction, followed by eighty-one chapters organized in nine groups of nine. Each chapter includes textual variants between the silk manuscript and the received text, with cross-references to the Yuixiang Jing framework.
