Mishima has helped save elections and uncover conspiracies. She is also now responsible for a child when the next political emergency demands the expert again.
The crisis does not politely wait outside care. Nor does public need acquire every hour of the person who has proven useful before.
A child's safety depends on transport, health systems, housing, information, and the time adults can protect from employment. Parenting is not an escape from shared structures.
Yet institutions often treat care as a private obstacle the worker must solve before returning. The cost then falls invisibly on Mishima, Ken, relatives, or paid carers.
A public organization should provide leave, flexible roles, secure childcare, and the possibility that another expert takes the mission. No system should become unable to function because one hero says no.
Mishima should not be forced back into danger because her earlier skill belongs to the public. She should not be forced out because a mother is presumed to have one proper priority.
Ken's care matters as more than support for the important protagonist. Shared decisions, his own work, and the child's changing needs must enter the arrangement without turning either parent into a fixed function.
The child is not an abstract future whose existence settles every policy. It is a present person whose dependence asks adults to build alternatives rather than invoke innocence as a slogan.
The final political arrangements do not restore Information's original monopoly. Secretariats, local systems, competing centers, and revised elections distribute work less elegantly.
Plurality will produce delay and conflict. That is partly the protection: a global decision must pass through several institutions and can be challenged without attacking the only source of public reality.
Mishima's life offers the same lesson at human scale. A society should value what she can do while making room for her to change, refuse, and be more than the function that once saved it. The mature institution is not the one that remains indispensable; it is the one whose people and successors can outgrow it without losing the world.

孩子也不是一项抽象未来，不能靠存在本身替任何政策结案。它是正在依赖别人的当下生命，要求成年人建设替代方案，而非把无辜当成口号。
最后的政治安排没有恢复“信息”的原始垄断。秘书处、地方系统、多个竞争中心与修订后的选举，以不那么整齐的方式分配工作。
多元会带来延迟与冲突，这也正是保护的一部分：全球决定必须经过数个机构，也能在不攻击唯一公共现实来源的情况下受到挑战。
三岛的人生在人类尺度上给出同一教训。社会可以珍惜她的能力，同时容纳她改变、拒绝，也成为救援功能以外的人。成熟机构不是永远不可替代，而是让内部人和后来者能够超过自己，世界也不会因此失去。
