SAE框架的终稿给出了10D加物自体的维度结构。在粗粒度视角下,先验域(1D–4D)的每一步都清晰可辨:同一律、矛盾律、时空框架、因果律。但后验域(5D–10D)被压缩得太厉害了——从复制到自我意识,粗粒度视角把它折叠进一轮,却抹平了三个内部的质性跃迁:生命的涌现、意识的涌现、自由的涌现。
细粒度视角展开后,后验域分裂为三轮:
每轮包含四步:选(生)→ 定(自)→ 展(他)→ 固(死)。固是展的不可逆面——方向确立了,但不是密封的。
先验域是逻辑的领地。同一律(1DD)说的是"这不是那"——从混沌中划出第一道区别。矛盾律(2DD)说的是"A不能同时是非A"——排中律产生的余项是延伸(间距的延续)。时空框架(3DD)给了空间;因果律(4DD)固化了时间的方向。
第一轮的固(4DD)留下的余项是:因果有方向,但方向本身没有记录者。这个"没有记录者的方向"就是第二轮的入口——生命的起源。
什么是生命?最简单的候选:一个能复制自身的模式。但不是所有能"复制"的东西都算生命——火焰可以蔓延,晶体可以生长,但它们没有记忆。
关键不在于复制,而在于记录:复制必须携带信息,信息不能随复制消散。5DD的凿产品是"模式不消散"——这是生命的结构性定义。没有5DD,就没有记录,就没有身份的延续。
这个桥的精确位置不可确定——"哪个分子是第一个生命"是经验问题,框架只能说:桥在那里,方向确定。
5DD复制律:模式复制,余项是变异(复制不完美,差异积累)。
6DD自维护律:生命必须维护自身以维持复制能力,余项是差异化(自维护的方式可以不同)。
7DD分化律:差异化导致功能分工,余项是多细胞性(分化的细胞需要协调)。
8DD繁殖律:世代轨迹通过基因组路径依赖固化方向——这是整个生命轮的"固"。
整个第二轮是被动的:变异产生;谁留下来不由有机体决定,由环境决定。繁殖律的余项是:环境在选择你,但你不选择环境。必须涌现的下一件事,是"选择"本身——有机体开始为自己做区分。
第二轮末尾,意识难问题以最精确的形式出现了:繁殖律(8DD)固化了方向,但无论怎么描述8DD之内的机制,都解释不了为什么会有主观体验。
框架在这里做了一个防御性声明:即使存在意识的候选者(比如细菌的趋化性),没有11DD的记忆,即使存在意识,也不是过程而只是快照。每一个反应都是独立的、当下的、不连续的——没有11DD把它们串联,就没有"体验之流",只有一个接一个孤立的瞬间。
框架不裁判细菌是否有意识,但它裁判:即使有,也是快照,不是体验。
The finalized SAE framework gives a dimensional structure of 10D plus thing-in-itself. At coarse resolution, every step of the a priori domain (1D–4D) is clearly distinguishable: the law of identity, the law of contradiction, the spatiotemporal framework, causality. But the a posteriori domain (5D–10D) is too compressed — from replication to self-awareness, the coarse view folds it into one round, flattening three internal qualitative transitions: the emergence of life, the emergence of consciousness, the emergence of freedom.
Under the fine view, the a posteriori domain splits into three rounds:
Each round has four steps: Select (Birth) → Determine (Self) → Expand (Other) → Solidify (Death). Solidify is the irreversible face of Expand — direction is set, but not sealed.
The a priori domain is the territory of logic. The law of identity (1DD) says "this is not that" — the first distinction cut from chaos. The law of contradiction (2DD) says "A cannot simultaneously be not-A" — the remainder is extension (interval continuing). The spatiotemporal framework (3DD) gives space; causality (4DD) solidifies the direction of time.
The solidification (4DD) of Round 1 leaves a remainder: causality has direction, but the direction itself has no recorder. This "directionless recorder" is the entry to Round 2 — the origin of life.
What is life? The simplest candidate: a pattern that can replicate itself. But not everything that "replicates" counts as life — fire spreads, crystals grow, but they have no memory.
The key is not replication but recording: replication must carry information, and information must not dissipate with replication. The chisel product of 5DD is "patterns that do not dissipate" — this is the structural definition of life. Without 5DD, no recording, no continuity of identity.
The precise location of this bridge is indeterminate — "which molecule was the first life" is an empirical question. The framework can only say: the bridge is there, the direction is determined.
5DD Replication: Patterns replicate; remainder is variation (imperfect copying accumulates differences).
6DD Self-Maintenance: Life must maintain itself to sustain replication capacity; remainder is differentiation (self-maintenance can take different forms).
7DD Differentiation: Differentiation leads to functional division of labor; remainder is multicellularity (differentiated cells need coordination).
8DD Reproductive Law: Generational trajectories solidify direction through genomic path dependence — this is the "solidification" of the entire life round.
The entire second round is passive: variations arise; who stays is not decided by the organism but by the environment. The remainder of the reproductive law is: the environment selects you, but you do not select the environment. What must emerge next is "selection" itself — the organism begins to make distinctions for itself.
At the end of Round 2, the hard problem of consciousness appears in its most precise form: no matter how thoroughly we describe the mechanisms within 8DD, we cannot explain why there would be subjective experience.
The framework makes a defensive claim here: even if consciousness candidates exist (such as bacterial chemotaxis), without 11DD memory, any putative consciousness is not a process but only a snapshot. Each response is independent, present-bound, discontinuous — without 11DD stringing them together, there is no "stream of experience," only one isolated moment after another.
The framework does not judge whether bacteria have consciousness — but it does judge: even if they do, it is a snapshot, not an experience.
